Currently /etc/aliases looks like this on the server:
# See man 5 aliases for format
postmaster:    root
clamav: root

Some of the log files and cron job output get sent to root and winds up in the Postmaster mailbox.  I'd rather this go to an account with a larger quota -- is later the /etc/alias and running mkaiias the proper way to do that with iRedMail?

I have poked around int he docs and it doesn't appear to be explicitly covered.  I'm sure it addressed here in the forums, but the search results for aliases results in far more than I can wade through.

Any pointers or help would be appreciated.

Re: Aliases for root on the server

iRedMail uses /etc/postfix/aliases.
