Re: How to change port 25?

If you just want to open a NEW port for some clients or internal network devices, check this tutorial:
https://docs.iredmail.org/additional.smtp.port.html

If you want to disable port 25 and use another port instead, this is IMPOSSIBLE. Because all mail servers communicate with port 25.
