Topic: admin suddenly disabled?

- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: debian v8
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): mysql
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? yes

customer calls they get "invalid domain" when trying to login as admin for their domain, this happened just a few hours after they last logged in and all was fine.

then we found this admin account to be disabled (the only one).

question: how could this account have been disabled and can we track down the reason and issue behind this somehow?

further analysis shows: the Admin Log shows something like "Create admin", but never shows something like "Disabled admin" , while "Delete admin" is shown in the admin log.

please update this accordingly, as it's quite hard to find who might have disabled something (right or wrong) if there is no evidence of this action.
