Topic: How do I stop email landing in Roundcube spam folder?

==== Required information ====
- iRedMail version: 0.9.7 MARIADB edition
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: CentOS 7
- Store mail accounts in which backend: MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? No
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.
====

I am using an external spam service so I have bypassed spamassassin in my iredmail configuration.

Yet sometimes email lands in roundcube's spam folder. I users will not see the messages in their desktop email clients.

Is there any way to make sure all email received goes into the inbox?

Thanks!

iRedMail has a global sieve rule file: /var/vmail/sieve/dovecot.sieve, it contains rule to move spam to "Junk" folder, you can comment out the rule in this file.
