Hello
Ref:  https://forum.iredmail.org/topic13926.html

Don't seem to have these files...
/etc/nginx/templates/roundcube.tmpl
/etc/nginx/templates/roundcube-subdomain.tmpl
/etc/nginx/sites-available/00-default.conf

That said, did locate these files but have doubt about their use in this directory and examples...
find / -iname "roundcube.tmpl"
/root/iRedMail-0.9.6/samples/nginx/templates/roundcube.tmpl

find / -iname "roundcube-subdomain.tmpl"
/root/iRedMail-0.9.6/samples/nginx/templates/roundcube-subdomain.tmpl

find / -iname "00-default.conf"
/root/iRedMail-0.9.6/samples/nginx/00-default.conf

All on a system that iRedMail team set up and upgraded several times...  Now what?

It already appears all over these forums and you've been on the machine numerous times.

CentOS 6.x final - 2.6.32-696.18.7.el6.x86_64
MySQL. 5.1.73
iRedAdmin-Pro 2.8.0
iRedMail  0.9.7

When built it was Apache.  Moved to Nginx when first introduced.

I cannot remember so many users' server info posted in forum.

If you can paste the info here, it will save me A LOT time to check old posts. If your post requires less extra checking from my side, you will get faster response. The more info you post in thread, the easier and faster for me to give you an accurate answer. Save my time, save your time.

Find your Roundcube related settings under /etc/nginx/ first, then add missing parameters in the forum thread:
