Topic: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

For the past few months I’m experiencing  a mail forwarding loop for the new created email ID’s. For reference kindly see the attached mail.
Your urgent response will be highly appreciated.

It does exist,oh maybe there is certain configurations i need to do after adding a user?

Who is the sender? and who is the recipient? Do both exist on your server?
