Is there any way to add resent-from into the header when an email is forwarded?

Forwarded by which application? Sieve rule? or your MUA?

Thank you for your response.

I'm assuming this is in the sieve rule as I am referring to the section where you edit the account profile in the iRedAdmin-Pro, on the forwarding tab.

The "Forwarding" tab in iRedAdmin-Pro is an virtual alias, it doesn't go to sieve rule at all, Postfix will change the destination.

According to Postfix document, www.postfix.org/virtual.5.html :

Virtual  aliasing  is applied only to recipient envelope addresses, and does not affect message headers.
