It's not related to iRedMail version.

SOGo 4 has a SQL structure change, you need to apply it according to SOGo document:

Ok thanks, I thought it's depending on iRedMail because of the users and mails etc.pp.

I think the iRedMail installation uses sogo-mysql, right? Because theres a sogo database in mysql, but I'm not quite sure smile

SOGo requires a SQL database to store its own data, no matter you store mail accounts in LDAP or SQL.
