I'm confused till now, seems the mail users exist, but you still get "User unknown in virtual mailbox table" in Postfix.
Did you modify any Postfix/Dovecot config file after iRedMail installation?

No I didn't everything is default. You can try sending an e-mail to postmaster@easyvoiceonline.nl or shaady@thesame...
Can't I send u some logfiles? if yes which and where are they located?

No I didn't everything is default. You can try sending an e-mail to postmaster@easyvoiceonline.nl or shaady@thesame...

EDIT; Strange thing is I can mail back and forward using my old isp adres... @zeelandnet.nl a completely different server. but it takes a long time to travel..

192.0.2.0/24 is a reserved IP block reserved for "documentation" and will not be usable on the internet so it is purely an safe example ip address.   

As for your issue now, this looks like an issue between postfix setup and/or mysql/ldap - are you positive that you created that user?  Have you tried to email postmaster or say root?  I believe the install of iredmail will require you create a postmaster user and/or if you've reverted postfix to say its' default configuration, that alias should also deliver somewhere - you might find those emails in /var/spool/mail/ if iredmail isn't handling the local delivery.

Yes I did as is shown on pic 1 (Schermafbeelding 2018-04-05 om 16.35.19.png)

Yes I can send e-mails from postmaster@easyvoiceonline.nl to shaady@easyvoiceonline.nl and back.
I can send e-mails to other provider's from: postmaster@easyvoicetelecom.nl to something@zeelandnet.nl it takes a long time but works. BUT; it might has been that my emails containing no "txt or html" has been filtered. cause now I send a e-mail from @easyvoiceonline.nl to @easyvoicetelecom.nl with HTML and content and it seems to work fine!

Edit I changed; v=spf1 ip4:185.95.31.182 ip6:2A00:F10:402:781:44A:8FF:FE00:2561 -all
and added dkim and Dmarc, suggested by https://www.mail-tester.com

The virtual user unknown issue is solved as well; the domain easyvoiceonline still existed in the record list of the host partner!
