Hi there, I tried to setup the mail account for someone using windblows 10(Windows 10)  and lookout!!! (outlook).

But outlook says;
can't connect

using edge;
INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND

Using chrome;
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

using my own computer (Mac and my own internet connection);
NO Issues.

What can this be?

Try to disable "fail2ban" service on iRedMail server first, then try again. It's probably that the client tried many times but all failed, and the failures cause Fail2ban ban the client IP address.
