- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.8
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Cent OS 7.4
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): PGSQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx):Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? yes, 2.9.0
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.

Time zone in sogo for all user's created is picking up America but I want Asia/Kolkata timezone.

I have changed the timezone in sogo.conf file and restarted the service also but it's still not picking up new timezone.

Also domain / organization contact's are not getting displayed in Sogo nor in roundcube ,, what to do ??

I suppose existing users have this setting stored in their preferences. Does new account use the new time zone?

it should be displayed in SOGo, but not Roundcube (expected).

New account is taking the timezone from global configuration file i.e. Asia/kolkata
but not old user's that I created.

Why SOGO is not displaying domain ID's?

I am not able to see any contacts under domain address book in Sogo.
Why ?

Try to type few letter for searching, SOGo should query it automatically and list matched contacts.

The whole list as I can see is blank.
I cannot figure out why no contacts is being displayed.

Is this a database issue?

No such error in Sogo Log.
But still I cannot see any contacts under Sogo.

Please don't simply attach the whole log file, you should extract related log first, then paste here. It will cost me too much time to read all log lines.

*) Did you upgrade iRedMail from an old release to the latest iRedMail-0.9.8?
*) Do you have "listRequiresDot = NO;" in sogo config file for ldap address book ? it looks like below:

    {
            // Used for global address book
            type = ldap;
            id = global_addressbook;
            ....

            listRequiresDot = NO;
            ....
    }

Yes the server is running
iRedMail 0.9.8
iRedAdmin-Pro 2.9.0 (PostgreSQL)

Also, in sogo config file under ldap address book : listRequiresDot = NO; is set as above.

No idea right now. You need to turn on debug mode for LDAP in SOGo config file, then check the LDAP query it performed, try to figure out why it doesn't work:

Can you just tell me how to use debug mode.
After turning on which log file it would be, would it be sogo.log or something else ?
