The settings page tells me:

"This feature requires iRedAPD plugin 'wblist_rdns', please make sure it's enabled in file /opt/iredapd/settings.py."

...there is no such file.

/opt/IRedAPD-2.2/settings.py  exists and the plugin is enabled.

Weird that your iRedAPD-2.2 doesn't have this plugin, it's part of iRedAPD-2.2.
You can download iRedAPD-2.2 again, run the upgrade script to fix it:
