Topic: pre install question - system requirements.

The installation guide says it must be a fresh linux install.  I have MySQL installed, but with only a few databases.  I can uninstall it, then install iRedMail.  Will it break iRedMail if I then rebuild my existing databases?  Is there a better option?

It's better do it this way:

1) Backup your existing MySQL databases.
2) Reinstall server OS
3) Install iRedMail
4) Import sql databases you backed up on step #1.

WARNING: do not restore the sql database which is named "mysql".
