Hello

when I'm Trying to access on to my Webmail (Roundcube) here https://mail.globalit-eng.com/

I have a nginx message "502 Bad Gateway"

The Weird thing is that I can successfully access to iredadmin and also send and receive message

only Webmail have an issue and I don't know how to fix it


Please Help

Is php-fpm service running?

I've just check the status with this command

"sudo systemctl status php7.0-fpm.service"

the Result "is Active (Running)"

any other clue please ?

What's the related log in Nginx error log file (/var/log/nginx/error.log)?

I am having problem in Iredadmin which is not opening due to what reason this happening can any one suggest me.

I've just check "/var/run/php-fpm.socket" file and for some raison, it's missing


How can I fixe that please
