Hello,

Email content not displaying in Sogo interface again. I posted about this a week or so back. This time no updates to the server and a restart of sogod did not fix it. No errors in Sogo or Nginx logs. See attached screen shot attached.

- Does restarting both memcached and sogo service fix this issue?
- Did you upgrade SOGo packages?

Thanks for the reply!

The issue comes and goes with no pattern that I can tell. I did restart sogod and memcached but still had bad display afterward. Some users on InternetExplorer are seeing this: -see attached image.

Is IE an old version? Is JavaScript support enabled?

It is the last release of IE 11.492.16299. "Active Scripting" is enabled in Security. We have a couple of workstations that have to run Win7, and a couple of clients that have web apps requiring IE 11.

When you got this issue with IE, any error log in SOGo log file?

No idea. i think it's more like a SOGo bug. Did you try to report it SOGo mailing list?
