Hello all,

am having a problem with per user throttling I enabled it to send 1 mail per 10 sec, but in mail.log can't find any throttling applied also it is not working I can send as many mail as I can.

appreciated your help.

Did you send 2 emails in 10 seconds? Better increase the period for easier testing, e.g. 1 hour.

Please turn on debug mode and send testing emails again to trigger this issue, extract relevant log and paste here for troubleshooting.

it is working now, as I noticed cluebringer service was still enabled and I already migrated to iRedAPD.
so I just removed the cluebringer settings from all needed configuration.
