Hello

i've succesfully integrate postfix/dovecot with my samba ad, using your "Integrate Microsoft Active Directory in iRedMail" guide and https://www.tecmint.com/integrate-iredm … -centos-7/

but i cannot find a howto for integrate SOGO into samba ad (or active directory), do you have one?

Thanks

Re: SOGO Samba ad guide?

ok, i've find the correct conf for using sogo with samba ad.

some questions:

i did not install iredamin because it's not work with AD, so, if i delete a user inside AD, i must manually delete the corresponding mailbox in iredmail server, right?

and if i strictly apply your AD integration guide, i must disable iredapp, but it's iredapp that manage greylisting, right?

so, if i want to keep greylisting and other cool features, can i just keep iredapp activated and disable only ldap related features?
or just change "LDAP server settings" in settings.py?

or i must disable iredapp and install greylisting and others stuff directly on ired server inside postfix (like in my old "classic" server?)

Thanks
(sorry for my bad english, i'm a little frenchie smile )

Yes.

iRedAPD doesn't support AD, so it cannot get local users, so the greylisting feature is not working well.

Unfortunately, yes.

The good news is: we're working on the iRedMail cloud deployment platform, it will support iRedMail installation with Active Directory support, and we will improve both iRedAPD and iRedAdmin-Pro to support AD. smile
