hi
i installed with successful iredmail and send works on roundcube, but i want to use info of my smtp using maxbulk/1stmass mailer but it wont let me do that it's not recognize (failed)
my firewall is off so i think it's not a problem of ports
what should i do to resolve this problem?

Make sure you have correct service port number and secure connection configured in your mailer. Check our document to get the info:
