Topic: 504 Gateway Time-out Nginx

Roundcube

No Sogo

90% of the time when i try to connect to the Iredmail admin I get this, 10% of the time it will work for a few minutes and the die.

1 email account
av/antispam disabled.

I have tried reinstalling mutliple times. My server doesn't seem particularly busy but nothing works.

Please help if you can.

Try this:

Update 'PREFORK=' in /etc/default/sogo to use more wokers, default is 10. Increase to say 30

I've not installed SOGO so I don't think it can be the prefork thing I've seen posted on many threads.

I will try the other fix posted but it seems to be targetting 502 bad gateway instead of 504.

How much memory does your server have?

1GB, has about 510MB free.
