My problem is that i have no iRedmail web appications loke Roundcube when i have my nginx nextcloud.conf enables.
Nginx is default with iRedMail 0.9.8 and I am a newbie to Nginx - aka i do not understand the configuration of Roundcube in Nginx with the /templates.

My Nextcloud runs fine in nNginx with the nexcloud.conf file. What is not working is Roundcube mail when i have a nextcloud.conf file enabled.

How do i make the right Nginx .conf file for Nextcloud that does not break the Nginx setup for Roundcube mail?

Seems your nextcloud.conf overrides other URL patterns, or it doesn't contain settings for Roundcube at all.
Please show us full content of your nextcloud.conf for troubleshooting, you can hide sensitive info before pasting.
