Does this ssl warning appear when you access some https web site? if yes, what's the web domain name?
The domain names supported by your ssl cert must contain your web domain name.

certbot certonly --webroot -d mydomain.com -w /var/www/html

Do you have congratulations from CertBot and correctly save cert files?

Do you change config files like Zhang write: https://docs.iredmail.org/use.a.bought. … icate.html

And the last one: do you restart your services (nginx, postfix, dovecot)? (certonly don't restart your services)

certbot looks ok, what is error: Date is in the past or not find CA?

Give a screen or error logs, anything.
