Hi,

Can I have the log file describing the subject of the mail and the attachments file name if any in mail.log ?

Short answer: no.

Amavisd can save all mails in SQL database, includes mail subjects, sender/recipient addresses, size, RAW mail message (include attachments). but it won't simply log attachment filename in SQL.
