Topic: Cut down on excessive blocking?

iRedMail v 0.9.9

Hello.

I am trying to set up postfix on another server to use credentials on my email server.

Doing the testing, I am finding out the mail server is starting to block excessive attempts to connect to it for an hour.

What setting must I change to make it stop this until I can figure out the setup issue I am having?

I got it resolved. iRedMail has set up a fail2ban rule for port 587. I just white listed the IP address and fine now.

How someone else finds this usefull/
