So, my last server the provider seriously borked up my server after for some unknown reason, they had blocked port 25 and I complained about having that block removed.

I went ahead and rented a cheap dedicated server from another provider. I migrated over, but now I am experiencing problem with port 25.

The system is not accepting connection to port 25 with telnet, or the mail clients. The provider has ensured they do not block any ports.

I had them even reinstall the OS, did a new setup again, and I getting the same result

EDIT:

Oddly, this is related to the other issue I was having with the ownership of moved over /var/vmail directories.
