Topic: server does not recipe email from a noreply@??? address

iRedMail    v0.9.7
iRedAdmin    v0.8 (MySQL)
not pro version
ubuntu 16.04 LTS server


using tail on iredapd I see the message coming in
2019-08-30 13:04:35 INFO [192.168.16.1] RCPT, noreply@fnb.co.za -> michelle@xxxxxx.xx.xx, OK wblist=(1, 3, 'W') [0.0221s]

I have the domain we receive from in the white list.

The message never transfers to users mail box.

any help would be appreciated
