Topic: Third part software mailbox configuration don´t works

- MySQL Store mail accounts

I have help desk software (Invgate), it sends alert emails, so i´ve created a user mailbox that work fine in outllok or another client software, but don´t works when is configurated in help desk software, same thing happends with the UPS alert software, cant connect to the mailbox.
Can you help me please?

Does your helpdesk send email via SMTP?

Does your SMTP submission on port 587 which is usually a TLS connection?

Does your helpdesk support connecting via SMTP TLS connection?

Are you behind an ISP that blocks port 25 while your helpdesk tries to use port 25 from another server? Some ISPs block port 25 so you can't use it with your applications.

Help Desk software sends email via SMTP and TLS conection on 587 port.

The available software options are:
Type options: sendmail, SMTP, Gmail SMTP TLS, Gmail SMTP SSL and Office 365 SMTP TLS.
Security options: None, SSL and TLS.
Autentication options: None, login, plain

Email server and Help Desk server are both inside LAN

Type: SMTP
Security: TLS
Authentication: LOGIN

Make sure you have correct smtp username (the full email address) and password filled in the helpdesk.
