Just want to ask because one of a client is going to buy again a new Admin-Pro license which one is highly recommended the MySQL or the LDAP

We suggest using the one you're familiar with.
if you're familiar with OpenLDAP, then it's ok to choose OpenLDAP - especially if you want to setup other applications to authenticate against OpenLDAP. Otherwise choose MySQL.
