Hello

1) I wish to purchase the pro version and need an invoice for the same. Please let me know the steps ahead.

2) which type of support do i need to purchase (in addition to iredmail pro) for handling iredmail pro version updates and support. Please send me the relevant link on your website.

Mail us your company name, address and VAT number then we will send you an invoice.

2) It's recommended to deploy iRedMail with our iRedMail Easy platform, it offers one-click upgrade to upgrade iRedMail and iRedAdmin-Pro directly:

You get one month free trial after signed up, then monthly or annual subscription is required to get upgrade after trial. You can cancel the subscription any time if you don't need the upgrade, then subscribe again when you need the upgrade. It's ok.

We are not in the EU so do not have a VAT number.
