Not able to execute the below command successfully.

postmap -q test@example.com ldap:/etc/postfix/ad_virtual_mailbox_maps.cf
postmap: fatal: open /etc/postfix/ad_virtual_mailbox_maps.cf: No such file or directory

Please check the tutorial carefully, you need to create this file first before reading it.

I had created the file then also getting the same error. Now what to do.

Error in your first post is:

"postmap: fatal: open /etc/postfix/ad_virtual_mailbox_maps.cf: No such file or directory"

"No such file or directory" means this file does not exist. If you created it (as you mentioned in last reply), this error should be different.
