I have installed php version 7.0.33 on my iRedMail server, which is no longer supported and contains vulnerabilities. How can I upgrade to the current version 7.3?

Seems Debian doesn't offers new php version in official (Debian 9) apt repo, maybe you can find a (trusted) third-party apt repo which offers newer php, or upgrade Debian from 9 to 10, because Debian 10 ships php-7.3.
