This seems to be temporarily network issue, not iRedMail related issue.

It's a temporary network issue, i think it's hard to avoid it.

I got this too!
You can try to encrease the timeouts for:
smtp_data_done_timeout=600s
smtp_data_xfer_timeout=600s
smtp_data_init_timeout=240s
