  502 Bad Gateway error when opening mydomain.com/mail

I have my website and iRedMail running on a same server. I can successfully open mydomain.com/iredadmin and do the account creating some stuff but cannot open the roundcube. Browser simply says 502 error.

We didn't test iRedMail on Ubuntu 19.X, and it's not mentioned on our website (https://www.iredmail.org/download.html), please try Ubuntu 18.04 instead.

by the way, is php-fpm service running?
