I found some issue on my server. My customer send email to us but I did't found this email then I try to sent email to customer  and ask to reply. Customer reply us but I not found this email. As checked on server I can see log "Jan 22 10:03:12 mail postfix/qmgr[7462]: B98F841B9198: from=<customerxxxx@gmail.com>, size=472161, nrcpt=3 (queue active)". So I think this email arrive to my server but Email client not found it. if me wrong. Please correct me and how to fix this issue. Thank you.

look for the message ID in the mail postfix/cleanup event, then check in the dovecot logs for delete or expunge events matching the email ID, that will at least tell you if it was somehow or another deleted from the mail client

- Search the queue id "B98F841B9198" in /var/log/maillog, any error?
- Any related log in /var/log/dovecot*.log or /var/log/dovecot/*.log?
