Topic: Download email from quarantine

Hi

Is there a way to download the actual email from quarantine as a .eml file

Sometimes we need to look at the detailed content of the original mail before we release the same.

do you use iRedAdmin-Pro? There’s an arrow icon in each row of quarantined mail list page, click the icon will expand detailed email for review.

Yes, i use pro. But i need to view the mail in its original format.
Also need to save attachments to local machine and check.

Further I need to download and scan the email using antivirus etc. before i relase the mail. So download as eml is preferred.
