Topic: How to i turn iredmail file to eml or mbox?

Hi

I received an export file of a client's emails. The emails are all named like this: 153*****.M*****P******.iredmail,W=******,S=*******/2,S , where the '*' are numbers.

The files are placed in a folder named "cur"

How can I convert these into .eml or .mbox files?

I do not use iredmail myself.

Thank you in advance

You dont need, just copy the files into the mailbox directory
Iredmail is only a one in all solution, itself uses dovecot to store emails

Edit:

I found this

This file is actually in eml format, rename the file to "<something>.eml" then you got it.
