- clamav-daemon is not active and I try to start it with

systemctl start clamav-daemon

everything seems to be alright status is active but when I check status for second time it shows failed
- I use AWS free trial services and I only get 1 gb of ram

Re: iRedMail can receive mail but cannot send

1 gig is very restrictive. Have you considered testing on a different platform? When I evaluated iRedMail I used Oracle Virtual Box on one of my pcs. I got familiar with iRedMail and it's configuration, and testing how to migrate data. Later I installed and tested on my server. Finally I did a fresh install on my server and migrated my users from the old server.

I will try it. Maybe there is a configuration that I haven't done and that's why I am getting error?

Re: iRedMail can receive mail but cannot send

1GB of RAM is very restrictive indeed. For smaller clients (5-50 users) I normally settle with 3-4GB RAM but for larger clients I typically go for around 8GB. It's likely the modules are crashing due to the low RAM.
You could try increase the SWAP partition size if you really must use 1GB RAM, but I wouldn't recommend that as a "fix"

Ok, thank you.

I have increased my swap memory to 8GB and now clamav-daemon is active but now I'm getting following

Run "freshclam" command first to update clamav database, then restart clamav-daemon and amavis services.
