Could it be applied to the case where
- I only have a primary server
- and a secondary server that takes over when the primary is down ?
- With the constraint of the secondary server being stored in another city on earth, and thus not sharing the same IP address as the primary server.

Also is it possible to apply the load balancing onto these two servers?

In the linked topic, my main server would be the one called "mail1" ? And my failover server, which one would it be, "mail2" or "ha2" ?
