Postfix version 3.4 supports TLS/SSL for multiple domains using SNI.  Ubuntu 19.10 and later contains this version of Postfix. If you can install iRedMail on Ubuntu 20.04 then you can just configure postfix and enjoy it. If you are stuck on Ubuntu 18.04, you can backport postfix and init-system-helpers to Ubuntu 18.04. It works great.

I should clarify, I mean you can have multiple *separate* TLS/SSL certs, for example one domain per cert.
