Hi, how are you?

I have been having a session problem in the roundcube application for some time. Whenever I log in, right after the discounted session showing an error:

Your browser session is invalid or has expired

Can anyone tell me where I can start investigating?

Any related error in log files under /var/log/?
Other users reported similar issue before  in this forum, maybe you can find a solution? i'm sorry that i cannot remember the solution right now. sad

Hello ZhangHuangbin, how are you? I hope you're well.

I've looked at other tutorials and didn't find the problem. I even cleaned the entries in the database of the sessions table. Could you tell me what I can do to investigate further?
