Are you able to access emails fine over an IMAP connection? (ie is only roundcube affected?)

check your Dovecot logs for around the same time period if there's anything useful there
/var/log/dovecot/dovecot.log and imap.log
/var/log/mail.log might also have something in it too.


Just speculating before I know what the issue is, but it could be something like an expired certificate, or a service needs to be restarted.
Possible also if you recently updated any apps that it might have overwritten the config files with the package defaults, check in /opt/www/roundcubemail/config and look for config.inc.php to confirm it is still using the right setup for your server

- Any related log in Dovecot log files under /var/log/dovecot/*.log?
- Please always share basic info of your iRedMail server, to help  YOU get accurate answer
