hi,
I have a domain name called : man.net
My mail server was mail.man.net (hosted by some other hosting company)
Now my office was divided in to two location, and  around 10 mobile (Laptop) users. I want to implement iredmail which need to fletch the mails from my mail server (mail.man.net).
I am new to mailserver configuration.  Please give me the step by step procedure to configure iredmail

Why not just connect to mail.man.net via POP3/IMAP?

If you have to setup a new iRedMail, i guess you can try iRedMail + fetchmail:
http://fetchmail.berlios.de/

Use Fetchmail to get mails from mail.man.net, and deliver to iRedMail users. Your mobile users fetch mails from iRedMail server.
