When sending mail to some recipients, the following error appears:

I assume that this error is getting generated by the recipient's server, not your iRedMail server?
In other words, you send a message from your iredmail server and send to recipient's mail server, then you get the NDR?

More than likely, you have not configured your Reverse PTR record, so your HELO does not match your host name.

Otherwise, include the relevant sections of your mail log so we can see where it's failing.

Please show us full bounce message, not just a snippet.
If there's related Postfix log lines, pleaes paste here too, that would be the best info to get help from others.
