We are still having some errors after upgrade to 4.2 . Definitely less, but still from time to time. 1 hour after upgrade:

Could you try to apply 2 patches below, and restart iredapd service.

It would be much easier if you could provide a single diff to apply the patches.

Forget about the patch, you can now download the new 4.3 version and upgrade:

If 4.3 has not been modified further since you applied the patches, the modification does not solve the issue.

The sending domain is whitelisted and I do not use greylisting through iredapd (historical reason due to ipv6 issues). Other e-mails go through without any issues.

Are you running iRedAPD-4.3?
