I have experienced many users connect pop3 with outlook, they always get popup  windows for enter username and password, they just click OK button then it can send/receive mail normally.
And sometimes you have to click more than once and now it is not sending email stuck in outbox.
I have valid SSL Certificate

Please assist

Any related log in Postfix log file (/var/log/maillog)?

Re: Cannot send email in outlook keeps pop up username and password

If your client's IP address is 192.168.7.1, then that means you typed wrong username (the full email address) or password.

That is not client's IP address -192.168.7.1 is our router interface address
This problem has started recently before we were sending emails with no problem.
Username & password is typed during setting up the POP3/Imap account.

- Any related error log in Dovecot log file (/var/log/dovecot/*.log)?
- Did you change any config files recently?

There is no error in Dovecot log file
