Topic: Logs Search issue In ired admin panel

- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release)
==> 0.9.9
- Deployed with iRedMail Easy or the downloadable installer?

- Linux/BSD distribution name and version
==>  Debian Linux 9
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL)
==> MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx)
==> Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?
==> Yes.
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.

Hi,

We have notice when we search logs for any email address by login to ired admin panel as domain admin it no messages found/ no record, but when we login as Global Admin and search logs for same email address it gives proper result.

sample screen shot has been attach please check.

Does the domain admin have privilege to manage domain xyz.com? If not, does any domain managed by this domain admin send to or receive from xyz.com?

Hi,

xyz.com is external (sender) domain and rsp.com domain is internal (hosted in server) domain.

Only domain admin(postmaster@rsp.com) has privilege to manage domain rsp.com.

Each domain has independent domain admin, none of them has privilege to manage any other domain.

Seems a bug of iRedAdmin-Pro.
Your first post mentions you're running iRedMail-0.9.9, that means you're not running the latest iRedAdmin-Pro too. Do you plan to upgrade iRedMail to the latest iRedMail-1.3.1 then upgrade iRedAdmin-Pro to the latest release too? Try it with latest iRedAdmin-Pro and let me know how it works.
