Aliyun banned the port 25.
relate to i cannot connect with other mail server with 25.
any one could tell me how can i send mail by 465 or else.

Why not try submission on port 587 ?

25 端口是所有邮件服务器必须开启的，如果阿里云不给开，试试发工单申请。如果不允许，只能换 VPS 供应商。
