Topic: Upgrade from 0.9.8

Do I still need to upgrade one version at a time to get to the latest version (from 0.9.8, so 8 version)? And if so, would following the steps on every upgrade from https://docs.iredmail.org/iredmail.releases.html be the way to go?  Any risks involved?

I want to do it myself as paying iRedmail for it would set me back $149 * 8 = $1192  which is a too steep for me
