Topic: Newly created email not able to send mail to gmail.com

Dear All,

I'll be needing your help to my iredmail issue as below:
"Newly created users are not able to send email to gmail.com, however existing emails address are able to send email to gmail.com"
What is really happening here?

Hi Zhang,

Thanks for replying swiftly. Yes, the status was "sent" but it is not showing/reaching recipient@gmail.com.

It is weird, because using my iredmail email account i can send email to my gmail.com. but when i login to iredmail using the newly created email account and send email to my gmail.com email it is not reaching. what i did was create again a new email in iredmail then tried sending to my gmail.com account still not reaching.

After waiting for how many hours, the email landed in the ''spam folder"
Why is it that the email landed in spam folder where in I have dkim,spf,dmarc in place and even our domain was verified by postmaster.google.com

Probably you can look at the email on google (in spam) and see why it's been marked as spam. Google should show you some info.

We don't have any control after email left our server, we don't know how Google handle the message after it enters the Google server.
