Topic: Criteria of Sender Score

Would very much appreciate any help on the following.

How is the score calculated for each email?

Currently facing issue where genuine emails are being moved over to "Spam" folder. This is from a specific user within company domain, not external.

iRedMail uses SpamAssassin for content-based spam scanning, you can check the mail headers (X-Spam-*) in received email, it will show you matched SpamAssassin rules and scores.
