How do I integrate Cybonet PineApp 5.2.1 Secure Email Gateway with iRedMail 1.4.0?

May I know what are the changes I need to make to iRedMail, Postfix and DNS records?

Does Cybonet not have any documentation on how to use their product? I suspect you would point your MX to their mail server and configure their product to deliver to your address. That is how I configured a similar spam front end for my email.
